Louise is an experienced Senior HR Director with multi sector global experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing and Financial Services. She is highly valued as a strategic business partner and has successfully led change, transformation and growth across UK and Europe, USA and Asia.
Louise has strong commercial acumen and strategic insight and blends this with practical execution in complex, matrixed organisations. She has held senior leadership roles at major global businesses such as Boots, No.7, Walgreens, and Capital One, partnered dynamic smaller start-ups including Sleek, Liz Earle and Soap & Glory and founded and led her own business.
Louise is passionate about delivering excellence by creating and developing high performing teams and is recognised for simplifying complex challenges to unlock value from acquisitions and technology innovations.
